Job Details

- Experience in Mortgage Industry – (Sr. Processor, Processor)
- Experience with the "Loan Process" & third party functions
- Someone who grasps that speaking to people with respect and demanding the same will build longterm relationships that benifit everyone.
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook proficient) and English proficiency and AN EXTROVERT.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills... Have you heard this before? How about having someone actully providing you an enviornment to CLOSE?
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload w/willingness to work until the job is completed!
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Impeccable Discretion & confidentiality
- Must be able to process 15+ loans per month
- Daily Management of pipeline & collect all necessary documents needed to submit, clear & fund the loan
- Superior telephone, organizational & customer service skills
- Ultimately – allow a producer to “produce & close” at the highest levels possible by handling the “busy/organizational workflow” of a HOME LOAN IN SEATTLE.
